Our standard fillers can accept up to 21mm (0.82’’) diameter sized and solid pieces, as well as small and hard seeds (passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, etc.)
We can also handle jam products with very large fruit pieces, up to 30x40 mm (1.18”x1.57”). Our standard fruit preparation with dosing can range from 10cc to 400cc, per cup.
We can also use barrier plastics to protect products from gas and/or liquids, using structures like PS/EVOH/PE or PP/EVOH/PP.
In-mould labelling with paper-and-hot melting, or PVC shrink-sleeve application, allows for branding and messaging on each cup.
